Principal, CCO, Vice President of Accounting & Human Resources

Pam is a Principal, Chief Compliance Officer, and responsible for the Accounting and Human Resources at Innovest.  She oversees compliance with the rules and regulations that govern Innovest as a Registered Investment Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission.  Her financial accounting functions at Innovest include the production and analysis of financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax, and all payroll functions. In addition, she is responsible for human resources which includes keeping abreast of the changing State and Federal labor laws, new hire processing, and coordinating employee insurance issues and disability claims. She also manages our vendors, including negotiating the renewal of services and equipment.

Pam was selected to be an Innovest Culture Leader. This select group leads a small team of Innovest employees to help refine and solidify personal characteristics that successfully create the Innovest Stewardship Culture.   

Pam joined Innovest in 2007 bringing with her several years’ experience in bookkeeping and office management, having previously worked for a CPA office and a money management firm.

Pam is involved in her community and church. She is the mother of two and is married to a Sergeant in the Denver Police Department.
