Kathy Lalone, MBA

Principal & Senior Manager

Kathy is a Senior Manager and Principal at Innovest.  She is a member of Innovest’s Client Service Team, responsible for preparing and processing numerous client transactions, interfacing with custodians, and providing ongoing client service and support.  In addition, Kathy leads the Innovest Charitable Donations Committee.  This committee oversees and organizes our volunteer work with the community.  Under her leadership, our team volunteers at multiple events per year. Kathy is also a member of the Hiring Committee.

Kathy graduated from the University of Missouri-Rolla with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and from the University of Rochester, Simon School of Business with a Master of Business Administration.  Prior to joining Innovest, she spent 15 years working for Xerox.  She had many roles including manufacturing, product development, and finance.

Kathy is married and has two daughters.
