Joe Lemming

Senior Manager

Joe manages the Portfolio Accounting and Quarterly Reporting Teams. Portfolio Accounting is responsible for gathering and pulling data across multiple custodians for both traditional and alternative products to provide complex reporting solutions for high-net-worth families and nonprofits. The team facilitates the creation of custom monthly reporting solutions for all types of clients, including families who require partnership accounting.

He is a member of the NexGen Society. Members of the NexGen Society are dedicated to leadership and instilling the Innovest culture into future generations. The elite NexGen members are selected by Innovest’s executive team and receive specialized training and responsibilities. Joe is also a member of Innovest’s hiring committee.

Joe graduated summa cum laude from Benedictine College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics.  During that time, he was a part of Benedictine College’s Investment Club which manages a portion of Benedictine’s Endowment, and a member of the Gregorian Fellows, a group dedicated to promoting business leadership skills.

Joe is happily married to his wife, Krista. During his free time, Joe enjoys playing and watching sports, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. Joe currently serves as treasurer on the board and a member of the finance committee of Catholic Sports.
