Eileen Pohs

Manager

Eileen provides support to the firm’s clients as part of the Client Service Team. She is responsible for managing the client contracts, onboarding, and processing all Alternative funds’ investments.  Additionally, Eileen is a member of our Mentoring and Community Volunteer committees and manages the Arrupe Jesuit High School Interns at Innovest. 

She comes to Innovest with more than 28 years of banking and financial service experience with Wells Fargo Bank. She was a senior credit underwriter for more than 15 years and has held various sales and management positions. She also has experience in the mortgage banking/broker business. Eileen attended St. Mary’s College in Leavenworth, Kansas, and studied Business and Finance.

Eileen has been married for 34 years and has five amazing children. In her free time, she loves to read, go for long walks, and spend as much quality time with her wonderful family & friends.
