Innovest Gives Back in 2019
With our company being built on a mission of stewardship, it should come as no surprise that Innovest deploys its staff to various nonprofits, charities and causes throughout the Denver area each year. Being active with service projects is part of our “culture of compassion” and employees readily lend a hand. Kelly James, Senior Lead Analyst, says, “One of the main reasons I chose to work at Innovest is because of their commitment to philanthropy.”
Throughout the year, an employee-led committee selects and plans a handful of days to serve at various charities, most of which are nominated by staff members. Then, without it interfering with PTO or sick days, staff members have the option to choose and attend those service days.
Co-founders Richard Todd and Wendy Dominguez see it as a responsibility that we care for our community by serving causes important to our neighbors, employees and clients. We are proud to be a charitably focused firm.
